Performing live with Ardour
Using a DAW for live sound shaping and mixing
In this LecDem (Lecture/Demonstration) we use the Ardour DAW and plugins in addition to Guitarix to shape the sound of vocals and electric guitar to run a live performance.

If you intent to perform live using this kind of setup, keep in mind that you need setup a pro audio environment first to achieve a low latency and only a few or even no noticeable dropouts.
